A župa (or zhupa, županija) is a historical type of administrative division in Southeast Europe and Central Europe, that originated in medieval South Slavic culture, commonly translated as "parish", later synonymous "kotar", commonly translated as "county". It was mentioned for the first time in the eighth century.

Sirinić or Siriniq (, ) is a term used for a historical region that covers , including all of the Štrpce municipality in Kosovo, the borders of which it mostly overlaps. In the past it functioned as the Sirinićka Župa (community of villages, a county) of Medieval Serbia.
